For Individuals

Yes, searching our directory and requesting help through our call center is completely free for individuals. Our goal is to make trusted care accessible to everyone in the RGV.
Our Healthy Rewards Program lets you earn points for healthy habits—like attending checkups, exercising, or joining health events. Redeem points for rewards donated by our community partners. Learn more here.

Providers can apply to join our directory through our Provider Application Form. We verify qualifications, insurance accepted, and patient reviews to ensure quality care for the RGV.
